Tuition fees for courses are processed via secure gateways. Refund eligibility is determined by the specific course type and progress level: cancellations made within 48 hours of purchase but before course commencement are eligible for a full refund. Mid-course withdrawals are handled on a case-by-case basis as per Turkish Consumer Rights regulations.
